Scope of Work

- Corrective/Remedial Repair and Preventive Maintenance for six (6) Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real Time PCR Systems.
- Services must be performed by formally trained and certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technicians/engineers.
- On-site service including routine instrument calibration/certification and specific optical/system calibrations.
- Corrective repair visits required within 2-3 business days of call.
- Unlimited technical support (M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM ET, excluding Federal Holidays).
- Access to OEM technical developments, repair bulletins, and unlimited software/firmware updates.
- Provision of service records and reports after each visit.
