The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District is planning to solicit a requirement to remove contaminated soil from Fountain City One placement site in Fountain City, WI. Specifically, the scope includes removing soil, trucking it to another location and then testing the site for further contamination. It is anticipated that construction would begin in the fall of 2025 with construction completed before the end of 2025. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
