A minimum of one preventative maintenance visit is required within the contract period, along with modifications, repairs, and adjustments to correct performance deviations due to normal usage. Unlimited emergency service visits and technical phone support are included, with a 48-hour response to instrument breakdowns during normal business hours. Exclusions are software/upgrades, third-party items, consumables, computers/peripherals, and X-ray tubes.
