Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a solicitation for an annual service contract for the maintenance of Fluent 780 Equipment. The USDA requires service for one year (364 days).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide an annual service contract for the maintenance of Tecan Fluent 780 instruments, including Liquid Handler: Tecan Fluent 780 Air FCA 8 Channel, RGA, MCA 384, 4 Inheco; Shakers: SN: 1910004468.

• Perform inspection and testing of all components to ensure instrument performance according to specifications.

• Document test results in a GMP/GLP-compliant visit report.

• Provide service call attendance at a reasonable time during the contract period.

• The contract includes all parts, labor, travel, and preventative maintenance.

• Instruments will meet predetermined performance specifications for mass accuracy and sensitivity and other performance variables after maintenance or service.

• Period of Performance: 03-15-2026 – 03-14-2027 (One Year).

• Travel to 1616 Albrecht Blvd N, Fargo, ND 58102 is required for maintenance.

• Contractor's Key Personnel: Awardee must ensure certified engineers/technicians qualified to service the instrument are available within 7 days of notification.

• Security Requirements: Service engineers must be accompanied by an ARS staff member at all times within the ARS Biosciences Research Laboratory.

• Government Furnished: Access to the facility will be provided between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Service engineers will sign in and be accompanied by federal employees.
