Scope of Work
The contractor will provide experienced subject matter experts to support the DHN-NCR Network Operations directorate in three high-impact areas:
- Program Management Support: Strategy development, governance optimization, performance metrics, and data-driven analysis.
- Business Operations Support: Financial operations and business process improvement.
- Health Service Optimization Support: Organizational development, human performance, and public health expertise.
Key personnel required include Organizational Development Practitioners, Program Managers (Network Operations and Healthcare Operations), Project Managers, Statisticians (Data Scientists), Public Health / Human Performance Subject Matter Experts, and Business and Financial Operations Specialists. Expertise in change management, strategic planning, risk management, and mentoring government leaders is essential.

- Brief synopsis of prior similar efforts.
