Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary for the repair.

• The contractor is responsible for ensuring all services and parts conform to manufacturer specifications.

• The primary issues identified relate to retrofitted controls, specifically the Tip Touch Force Control (TTFC) and Executable Contact Gauge (ECG) Pressure Setpoint settings.

• The contractor shall travel to Tinker AFB for three (3) days to perform the repair services.

• Troubleshooting and repairs for the Sciaky Spot Welder.

• Check Electronics & System Controls.

• Check Pneumatic system.

• Correct any parameters.

• Perform necessary calibrations.

• Ensure the equipment is operational and ready for use.

• Troubleshoot and repair Sciaky spot welder Weld Computer retrofitted controls.

• Reevaluate the Tip Touch Force Control (TTFC).

• Adjust and calibrate the Executable Contact Gauge (ECG) Pressure Setpoint.

• The contractor shall provide a written Estimate Repair Report within one (1) business day after inspection.

• The contractor shall order required parts within two (2) business days of repair authorization and notify the GPOC of the estimated arrival date.

• The repair shall be performed within five (5) business days of parts receipt.

• A draft Service Report shall be provided to the SME immediately upon completion of maintenance.

• A final service report shall be provided to the GPOC within 5 business days of completion.

• The repair service will be performed at Tinker AFB.

• The contractor shall travel to Tinker AFB for three (3) days.

• Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, unless otherwise approved.

• The contractor shall be experienced in troubleshooting and repairing Sciaky spot welders with WeldComputer adaptive controls.

• The contractor shall be a WeldComputer®(r) Authorized Distributor with prior experience installing WeldComputer® adaptive control installations.

• The contractor shall provide proof of 5 years prior experience with Sciaky resistance spot welders with WeldComputer adaptive controls, including references.

• The contractor shall be able to work on retrofitted controls for spot welders.

• The contractor shall be able to work on systems with the Tip Touch Force Control (TTCP) and calibrate the Executable Contact Gauge (ECG) pressure points.

• The contractor shall provide a Contract Manager (CM) and alternates, designated in writing within ten (10) business days of award.

• Contractor personnel shall identify themselves as contractor personnel and display distinguishing badges or other visible identification.

• Contractor personnel shall provide an initial listing of names and position titles within five (5) business days of award.

• Compliance with environmental protection, occupational safety and health regulations, including HAZMAT, SDS, and hazardous waste procedures.

• Contractor personnel shall have specific training related to RCRA regulations, Tinker AFB procedures, and FOD/DOP training.

• Contractor personnel shall read OC-ALC Security and OPSEC briefings.
