Must have generator/alternative power, uninterruptible water, heating, 6 adjacent bathrooms, and a cloakroom for 50 winter coats.
  • Technical Support: Equipped conference room with screen (min 2.5x4m), built-in AV, 3 wireless mics, 2 lapel mics, remote slide switch, laser pointer, flipchart, pens/notepads for 50. Participant tables require 18 table microphones. Provision of 7 laptops with Wi-Fi/Internet and MS Office. Printer services (up to 1,000 pages) and AV technical support. Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet.
  • Catering: Daily coffee breaks (two per day) for 50 people, including non-sweet and sweet items, coffee, tea, milk, lemon. Daily buffet lunch (13:00-14:00) for 50 participants, including starters, salads, main courses, garnishes, desserts, juice, coffee, tea. Mineral water (30 bottles still, 20 bottles low carbonated daily). Catering areas should be preferably underground or separated.
  • Accommodation: For 25 participants, check-in March 30, 2026; check-out April 3, 2026 (4 nights). Single occupancy rooms at the same hotel/conference center, with breakfast included. Cost not to exceed the U.S. Government authorized rate for Kyiv ($243.00/night).
