Additional Notes
This requirement is pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). The resultant award will be issued bilaterally. Any contract awarded will be DO certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). A 12-month warranty is required, effective 60 days after discovery of defect.
