Scope of Work
The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert in Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), providing analytic, strategic, technical, managerial, and administrative support to JIAMDO. This includes planning, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, assessment, and documentation of programs to enhance JIAMDO's mission and total force readiness. Support covers IAMD concepts, capabilities development, and assessments, with specific focus areas like ballistic missile defense, cruise missile defense, and counter-UAS. Work may involve classification levels up to TS SAP/SCI and/or FP/ACCM, requiring strict security clearances.
Contract Details
This is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) Task Order under the Seaport NxG MAC N0017819D7693. The period of performance includes a 10-month base period (August 2026 - June 2027) and four subsequent 12-month option periods. The estimated LOE is 59,200 manhours for the base period, totaling 343,360 manhours if all options are exercised.
Submission & Evaluation
A two-step source selection process is utilized. Step One (Viability), which required a 2-page experience description, had an original due date of May 1, 2026. Viable competitors from Step One are invited to submit a technical and cost/price quote for Step Two, now due Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Evaluation will prioritize non-cost factors, with Performance Approach and Past Performance being of equal importance. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Contract Administration Plan (CAP) are included in Section J. Offerors must use 12-point font (10-point not allowed for tables/graphics) and submit to daniel.l.moore172.civ@us.navy.mil. Resumes will not be evaluated as part of the Performance Approach in Step 2.

This is a re-compete of the JIAMDO SETA contract, with General Dynamics Information Technology identified as the incumbent.
