Scope of Work
This task order provides critical scientific and technical expertise, analysis, program coordination, and execution support for the diverse scientific mission areas of the S&T Directorate's Office of Mission and Capability Support (MCS). The services enable the efficient execution of a matrixed portfolio of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities, supporting technology transitions to DHS customers and driving operational success across the Homeland Security Enterprise. This includes facilitating the deployment of prototypes and technologies, and supporting events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup and America 250 celebrations. The SETA support addresses capability gaps across DHS mission areas, including Counter Terrorism, Secure U.S. Borders, Secure Cyberspace and Critical Infrastructure, Economic Security, Preparedness and Resiliency, and DHS Workforce strengthening.
