Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS), is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources capable of providing Setter Systems and related services. This includes the manufacture and delivery of M1155A1/A2 Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter (EPIAFS) Systems, XM103 Artillery Precision Guided Munitions Setter (APGMS), various simulators, and Portable Electronic Fire Control System (PEFCS). The survey also seeks capabilities for engineering services, Field Support Representatives (FSR), Operator New Equipment Training (OPNET), and Maintainer New Equipment Training (MNET). Responses are due June 25, 2026.
Scope of Work
The market survey aims to identify sources for a range of activities including:
- Manufacture and Delivery: M1155A1/A2 EPIAFS, XM103 APGMS, XM1219 PGM Simulator, APGMS PGM Simulator, Projectile Setter Simulator, and PEFCS. These systems are critical for downloading automated fire control data into GPS-based projectiles and setting NATO standard inductive fuzes.
- Engineering Services: Support for production design, materiel changes, obsolescence mitigation, malfunction investigations, and product teardowns.
- Training Services: Establishing and implementing New Equipment Training (NET) teams for OPNET and MNET, including updating and maintaining Programs of Instructions (POIs).
- Field Support Representatives (FSR): Acquiring and training FSRs.
