The contractor will provide a Combination Sewer Truck for lease, including delivery within one week of contract award to Edwards AFB, CA, and pick-up by September 30, 2031. The lease must encompass any necessary roadside service and regular scheduled maintenance throughout the rental duration. A government inspection will be conducted before the contractor removes the vehicle.

Key Requirements

The leased vehicle must meet or exceed the Vactor 2100i's salient characteristics, which include:

  • Combination sewer cleaner functionality.
  • Water pump with a range of 100 gpm and 3000 psi.
  • 60-inch high dump for debris unloading into roll-offs up to 5 ft.
  • Hose reel capable of telescoping up to 15 inches and rotating 270 degrees.
  • Integrated jackhammer and hydro excavation capabilities.
  • Positive Displacement blower providing inlet volume exceeding 5k CFM and 18 Hg vacuum. Offerors submitting alternative vehicles must provide supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with all requirements; submissions without capabilities will not be evaluated.
