Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive support for the SARI-I, including:
- Developing a Project Management Plan (PMP) and conducting regular project management check-ins and reports.
- Creating a SARI-I Kick-Off meeting plan and a ShakeAlert Ready Strategic Communications Plan.
- Establishing a SARI Readiness Framework.
- Developing new site-specific fact sheets and recommendations for the ShakeAlert Ready Outdoors webpage, alongside hosting introduction activities.
- Developing and hosting ShakeAlert Ready Schools Introduction activities, providing webpage recommendations, and offering editorial, graphic design, and multimedia support.
- Implementing a ShakeAlert Ready CERT Expansion Plan, developing enhanced instructor support resources, exercise/drill packages, and multimedia resources for CERT training.
- Defining and executing an engagement plan for the "Powering ShakeAlert" community, including identifying and executing community engagement events.

- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Period of Performance: November 17, 2026 – November 16, 2027.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business.
