  • Removal and disposal of the existing access ladder and replacement with an OSHA-approved ladder and safety climbing devices (flexible cable type system with full body harness). Proper disposal of electrical and construction waste is required. Construction will occur near flood mitigation and recreation areas. The tank will be emptied for the fall 2025/winter 2026 or fall 2026/2027 off-season, with substantial completion required by May 15 to allow for the recreation season.
