This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction efforts at Sheppard AFB, TX (Wichita County); the Sheppard AFB Recreation Annex at Lake Texoma, Whitesboro, TX (Grayson County); and Frederick Auxiliary Airfield, Frederick, OK (Tillman County). Each construction project will be awarded by an individual task order (TO) issued against the basic contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The Contracting Officer (CO) will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) describing basic requirements for each individual TO. Following review of the contractors TO proposal, the CO will negotiate with the contractor and award an individual TO. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidental items (i.e., mounting, bolts, brackets, etc.) and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the work. The contractor will be required to maintain a management office on Sheppard AFB to perform all general management operations associated with this contract. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
