Quality Assurance & First Article Testing (FAT)
This solicitation includes a mandatory First Article Approval Clause (FAR 52.209-4).

- Delivery of one unit of CAGE 05259, Part 967E001, within 120 calendar days of contract award.
- Tests include visual, dimensional, initial and final leak tests, 18-inch free fall drop test, and form/fit checks.
- The Government estimates $10,000 for FAT, which will be added to offeror prices.
- Contractor is responsible for all FAT costs, including parts, repair, and additional tests if the first article is disapproved.
