Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive programmatic support services, including but not limited to: program management, program reviews, data call support, contract tracking, meeting support/action item tracking, financial management, risk management, schedule and tracking, engineering and configuration management, test and evaluation, integrated logistics (ILS), quality assurance, and post-delivery and in-service technical support. Performance will occur at various NSWCPD Program Field Offices and aboard ships across CONUS and OCONUS locations, including Norfolk, VA, Washington D.C., San Diego, CA, Sasebo, Japan, and Devesulu, Romania.

Submission & Eligibility
This is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal. Interested Small Business concerns that are also Seaport MAC holders are requested to submit a Capability Statement (maximum 10 pages). Submissions must address the ability to manage tasking as a prime contractor, technical ability to perform at least 50% of the cost with own employees, and capacity to conduct the requirements of the SOW. Respondents should identify their small business socio-economic categories. Personnel will require a Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
