Scope of Work
This acquisition is for specific East Penn Manufacturing Forklift and Side Loader Batteries:
- 4 EA P/N:18-G75-27EE / IST6H51 (Forklift Battery)
- 4 EA P/N:18-G75-21EE / IST6F72 (Forklift Battery)
- 2 EA P/N: 36-G105-9EE / IST8178 (Side Loader Battery)
All items require DoD unique identification. Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, MIL-STD-2073-1(series) or ASTM D3951(series). Crating must comply with ISPM Publication No. 15. Markings on containers must include "VESSEL'S NAME/HULL NUMBER: USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10)", "REQUISITION NUMBER: TBD", and "PURCHASE/DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER: TBD". Shipments must be via a fully traceable commercial freight method.
