Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To clean the existing firing range of heavy metal particulates and residual munitions debris to provide a safe and healthy work environment for Air Force personnel at the 914 Air Refueling Wing (ARW) Small Arms Firing Range, B427.

• Furnish all tools, equipment, labor, and materials for the removal of heavy metal particulates (lead, copper, etc.) from the indoor small-arms range.

• Includes cleaning of the bullet trap, range floor, firing line, shooting booths, target carriers, conveyor systems, and HVAC systems.

• Requires HEPA vacuuming, wipe-downs with approved cleaners (e.g., D-Lead®), and proper disposal of collected debris and contaminated materials.

• Ventilation system cleaning according to NADCA standards.
