Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide shop rag services, including delivery of new rags and pickup of used rags, to multiple Ohio National Guard maintenance facilities.

• Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for shop rag services.

• Services include the delivery of bulk shop rags to the Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) in Columbus, Ohio, where quantities will be divided for fourteen Ohio National Guard maintenance facilities.

• Contractor will also pick up used rags from the same designated drop-off locations.

• The shop rags are defined as standard red shop rags (100% cotton, 12"x12") suitable for automotive/industrial use.

• Deliver specified rag quantities to each maintenance shop monthly.

• Pick up used rags monthly on the same day as delivery.
