Personnel & Facility Requirements
- Facility Clearance Level (FCL): TOP SECRET/SCI with a safeguarding clearance level of SECRET at the primary facility.
- Personnel Clearance Level (PCL): Minimum SECRET for most personnel. Specific roles (Fully Qualified Navy Validator 2, Information System Security Manager 2, Software Engineer 2) require a final TOP SECRET security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
