Scope of Work (Draft SOW)
The draft SOW outlines requirements for the office space:
- Size: Between 8,000 and 10,200 square feet.
- Location: Within Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas city limits.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Must meet International Building Code for office occupancies, be ADA compliant, and provide public access.
- Security: Sole access and control for USDA agencies, with lockable exterior doors.
- Parking: Required for 25 visitors, 30 employees, and 8 government vehicles, including designated handicap spaces and adequate lighting. An 80ft x 14ft pull-through area for trailers is preferred.
