• Employee Information: Number of employees for the company and parent company (if applicable).
• Manufacturer Details: If a dealer, information on the actual manufacturer.
• SAM Registration: Confirmation of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and completion of FAR/DFARS certifications.
• Pricing: Unit price sensitivity, estimation of unit price for base quantity (21), willingness to quote quantity options, and preference for pre-negotiated pricing or Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
• Cost Drivers: Identification of primary components/raw materials and their percentage of the item's make-up.
• Cost or Pricing Data: Understanding of requirements for certified Cost or Pricing Data, ability to provide it, and experience with DLA.
• Commerciality: Determination of whether the item is considered commercial per FAR 2.101(b), willingness to provide proof of commerciality (invoices, published catalogs, sales history), and information on drawings.
• Packaging & Delivery: Ability to provide STD-COM PKG with MIL-STD-2073-1E Markings, estimated standard delivery time, possibility of partial shipments, maximum monthly quantity, and minimum delivery order quantity/value.
• Miscellaneous: Inspection and acceptance at origin, hazardous material, precious metals, Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Material (GFM) requirements, and GSA Schedule listing.
