Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice

This RFI is issued by the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort McCoy to conduct market research for shower, laundry, and water support services for a large-scale U.S. Army training exercise. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) outlines the performance objectives and standards for shower, laundry, and water services required by MICC Fort McCoy WI.

• Water Operations:

  • Potable Water Delivery and Distribution: Deliver up to 30,000 gallons/day/shower trailer, 2,400 gallons/day/laundry trailer, and 10,000 gallons/day for Army Assets. Refill reservoirs when 75% capacity is reduced to ensure continuous service. Government provides potable water sources.
