Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide three (3) to four (4) large portable shower trailers, each equipped with 8-15 shower heads, capable of supporting approximately 600 Soldiers daily. Services include delivery, installation, servicing, and removal of these units. Each trailer must feature changing areas, internal sinks, propane-fired hot water systems (or similar) with anti-scald protection, and climate control. The contractor is also responsible for providing potable water storage tanks, pressure pumps, wastewater collection systems (including grinder pumps and sealed piping to vendor-provided storage), and all necessary generators with power distribution rated for outdoor and wet conditions. All setup, hookups, and wiring are the contractor's responsibility, along with debris removal upon completion.
Performance Standards
Equipment must be fully operational by June 15, 2026. The contractor must respond to operational issues within two (2) hours, 24/7, and complete repair or service evaluation within four (4) hours. Equipment must be repaired or replaced within twelve (12) hours at the contractor's expense, ensuring units are not inoperable for more than 12 hours. Tear-down must be completed within ten (10) calendar days after the performance period.

Evaluation Criteria
