Scope of Work

Each trailer must feature changing areas, internal sinks, propane-fired hot water systems, anti-scald protection, and climate control. The contractor is also responsible for providing potable water storage tanks, wastewater collection systems (including grinder pumps and sealed piping), all necessary generators, and power distribution. All setup, hookups, wiring, and onsite service establishment are required, with debris removal upon completion.

Performance Standards

Equipment must be fully operational by June 15, 2026. The contractor must respond to operational issues within two hours (24/7), evaluate repairs within four hours, and complete repairs or replacements within twelve hours at their expense. Units cannot be inoperable for more than 12 hours. Tear-down must be completed within ten calendar days after the performance period.
