This document provides responses to vendor questions regarding Solicitation No. M67400-26-Q-0019. The deadline for submitting questions was May 19, 2026.

• Shipping Costs & Destination: The delivery destination is Tracy, CA. Shipping costs must be included in the quote. A liftgate is not required at the Tracy, CA destination. FOB is changed to Destination.
• Product Acceptance: "Or equal" / alternate products are acceptable, provided they meet salient characteristics. Specific part number corrections were made for the Datastroyer 105 Hard Drive Degausser (WHIDEG105HD) and HSM Hard Drive Shredder (HSM1772-2).
• Award & Order Splitting: A single award is possible, but the order may be split. Partial quotes are acceptable, but only one quote per vendor.
• Packaging & Delivery: FOB is Destination. Detailed packing instructions will be provided in the contract. The required delivery date is September 30, 2026, to utilize FY2026 funds. Delivery lead time should be clearly stated.
• Payment: Payment will be made after delivery and acceptance through WAWF. Advance payments are not available.
• Resellers & Past Performance: Reseller quotes are acceptable. An offeror is considered technically acceptable if they meet all specifications and have a 'Neutral' past performance rating.

Several clarifications impact the solicitation, including the change of FOB from Origin to Destination, correction of specific part numbers, confirmation that "or equal" items are acceptable, and clarification on partial quotes and award possibilities. The delivery address for Tracy, CA has been provided. A cover sheet must be submitted with quotations.
