• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• Submission Deadline: June 17, 2026, 1700 CD Time.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be received via email to Crystal Keys at crystal.keys@bia.gov. The subject line must be "[Company Name] Quote in Response to 140A0726Q0008".

• Quotation Contents: Must include Unique Entity ID, Business Mailing Address, Contact Information, RFQ Number, Quote Number, Quote Date, and Pricing. A signed and completed IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4 are also required.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

• Contractor Inquiries Deadline: June 11, 2026, 12 PM Central Time.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).
