To provide bus transportation and drivers for the America 250th Freedom Fest event.

• Provide bus rentals and drivers for shuttling visitors.

• Contractor is responsible for all materials, equipment, management, coordination, labor, and transportation.

• Shuttling will occur from designated pick-up points to drop-off points.

• Place: Walker Center (Building 1030), Columbus Air Force Base, MS 39710.

• Period: July 4, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (1200L-2300L).

• Supply a driver with each shuttle bus.

• Drivers are to arrive at 12:00 PM (1200L) at Columbus AFB SAC Ramp for instructions.

• Five (5) buses are required, each with a minimum capacity of 44 passengers.

• Bus drivers will require base access and are subject to vehicle inspections.

• Drivers will wait at pick-up or drop-off points when not actively shuttling.

• All coordination is to be accomplished with the Government Technical Representative.
