Scope of Work
The project requires upgrading 163 existing Siemens BAS panels across 90 facilities at Moody AFB, GA. Key tasks include:
- Audit and inventory of all existing panels.
- Transition each panel from Static IP to Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration.
- Validation of DHCP assignments against Air Force cybersecurity standards and COIN v3 requirements.
- Testing for proper device communication and no disruption to dependent systems.
- Documentation of post-change configurations and network behavior.
- Reloading any lost data from the 23 CES EMCS system, if necessary.
Vendors must be authorized to work on Siemens equipment to maintain warranty considerations. Work must comply with Contract Specifications, Moody AFB Design Guide, UFC 1-200-01 DOD Building Code, and current UFCs.
Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Moody AFB, GA. Technicians must conduct visits during duty hours (0645-1645, Mon-Fri).
