This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for items detailed in Appendix 1. The period of performance is from an unspecified start date through an unspecified end date.

• Vendors must be a manufacturer or authorized reseller of the software. Documentation of authorization is required.

• If a reseller uses unique item numbers, OEM part/product numbers must be submitted.

• Offerors are required to complete and return the attached Appendix 1.

• Offerors must comply with OEMs Value-Added Reseller (VAR) agreement.

• Products must comply with applicable Section 508 Accessibility Standards (though none are checked as applicable, and an exception is noted).

• All software and seller terms and conditions must be submitted with the offer.

• Eligibility: Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration including the applicable NAICS code.

• Submission: Offers must be submitted to the Points of Contact (POCs) via email or phone.

• Evaluation: The award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets minimum specifications and conforms to the solicitation. FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation – Commercial Items) applies.
