The purpose of this solicitation HM047625R0035_Amendment 0004 is to extend the RFP submission due date to 1 December 2025, 10:00 A.M., ET. The PWS revision 1 and Government response to industry Q&As will be posted in a later date.

All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0004 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed solicitation amendments 0001, 0002 , 0003 and 0004 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments.

All other terms and conditions remained unchanged and in full force.
