Scope of Work
Projects will primarily involve general building type construction, including new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, and repair work. This encompasses a wide range of facilities such as waterfront, pier, quay, industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, dormitory, and community support facilities, covering both vertical and horizontal construction. Work may also include necessary design services. Projects will be executed through firm-fixed-price (FFP) Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build task orders, or a combination.

- Term: 36-month base period, one 24-month option, and three 12-month option periods.

This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for proposal. Interested parties should submit a limited capabilities statement (maximum 10 pages) detailing experience in Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build work of similar size, scope, and magnitude. Submissions should include the issuing agency, contract number, duration, work description, and total/maximum dollar amount for no more than two example projects. Comments on the proposed acquisition strategy are welcome and do not count towards the page limit.
