Scope of Work
This solicitation is for one (1) Single-Axle Hydraulic Drop Deck Trailer with specific technical requirements. Key specifications include:

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the lowest evaluated priced proposal that meets technical acceptability standards. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Proposal and Cost/Price. Offerors must provide a written statement explaining how their company meets the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2. Simple "I concur" statements are not acceptable.
Submission requirements include:
- Completing company information and CAGE Code in Block 17a of SF 1449.
- Wet signing, naming, and dating blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c.
- Inserting pricing and delivery times on Page 3.
- Completing all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses, especially FAR 52.212-3 and FAR 52.225-18.
- Offerors must be registered in SAM.
