Scope of Work
The DHA seeks a solution that will:
- Develop and implement a standardized, modernized, and integrated MFM ultrasound imaging solution.
- Integrate with existing and future Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS).
- Support obstetrics (OB) and neonatology services by providing operational information, displaying images and structured reports, and generating final reports.
- Obtain clinical information in visual and discrete data formats, conduct standardized fetal and maternal assessments, and archive/review serial scans.
- Meet industry performance standards, offer redundancy, and incorporate state-of-the-art technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities compliant with NIST risk management framework standards.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, support DICOM standards, and be compatible with the DoD's Enterprise Clinical Imaging Archive (ECIA).
