Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal short-haul flatbed trucking services to support the revitalization and optimization of industrial infrastructure at PSNS&IMF. This involves relocating approximately 60,000-100,000 sqft, or 4-5 million pounds, of government-owned outdoor equipment and materials. Transport will occur between various Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) government sites and government-leased facilities, all within a 35-mile radius. Cargo types include shipping containers, outdoor equipment, palletized/non-palletized materials, timbers, scaffolding, and portable guard shacks. The government will be responsible for loading and unloading materials using its personnel and equipment. No hazardous materials will be handled or hauled.

Submission & Evaluation
