Scope of Work
This solicitation (RFQ 140P9726Q0009) aims to secure at least four artists to conduct demonstrations of Northwest Coast Art. These demonstrations will take place at the Park's Visitors Center artist studios during the high visitor season, from May to September 2026. Acceptable art forms include Ravenstail or Chilkat weaving, wood carving, jewelry making, beading, or button art. Artists are expected to demonstrate, create artworks, engage visitors educationally, and maintain a clean workspace. There is an optional opportunity for artists to produce one art piece for consideration for the Park museum collection.

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be willing to submit to a background check. Quotes must be submitted via email to Francisco_Velasco@nps.gov. Government-furnished equipment includes three artist studios (Wood, Weaving/Regalia, Metals) with basic amenities and some tools.
