• The demonstration is for the 2026 Fairchild AFB Open House and Air Show.

• A static display is required when L-39s are not performing.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a six-ship L-39 aerobatic demonstration during the 2026 Fairchild AFB Open House and Air Show.

• Perform a 10-15 minute aerial demonstration on June 6 and June 7, 2026, between 1000 and 1600 PST.

• Provide a static display when not performing.

• Arrive in time for the safety briefing on Friday, June 5, 2026.

• Coordinate performer requirements with the Air Boss and event announcer.

• Ensure performer information is current for the duration of the airshow.

• Provide a description of the routine to the Air Boss prior to the event for safety protocol review.

• Interact with the crowd for autographs, photos, and questions from performance time through 1700 PST.

• Submit a list of performing personnel for security checks no later than two weeks after contract award.

• Handle all round-trip commercial travel to and from Spokane, WA.

• Performances are approximately 10-15 minutes in duration.

• Performers must be available for crowd interaction outside of act preparation time.

• June 6-7, 2026, at Fairchild AFB.

• Contractor website should include airshow location, time, and date.

• Coordinate with Fairchild AFB Public Affairs for website updates.

• Coordinate with the military Air Boss for acquisition of smoke oil, fuel, engine oil, oxygen, and nitrogen requirements.
