This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Skid Steer Attachments: Cold Planer and Broom Pickup. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.

• One (1) CAT Cold Planer, PC305 or equal.

• One (1) CAT Broom Pickup, BP115C or equal.

• CLIN prices must include all delivery costs to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.

• Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination.

• All quotes must be valid through April 30, 2026.

• Response Due Date: March 09, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST.

• Submit written offers only; oral offers will not be accepted.

• Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Offerors must quote on all items to be considered for award.

• Product information (literature, manufacturer websites, etc.) and product specifications (part numbers, colorized images, descriptions) must be submitted for all equivalent items.

• Offerors shall provide specifications, including colored photos, with their quote.

• This acquisition is solicited as restricted to Small Businesses only.

• This acquisition is restricted to Brand Name or Equal Items.

• Offerors must have active SAM registration at the time of quote submission and award.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective October 01, 2025.

Cold Planer Skid Steer Attachment:

• Features: Self-Levelling, replaceable side skids, Max Pro Pressure Gauge, drum center and front gauges, Electro-Hydraulic controls (independent depth control, side shift, tilt), Float-Tilt Switch.
• Performance: Optimal Flow/Pressure of 125 l/min (33 gpm) / 280 bar (4000 psi).
• Compatibility: Use with AMICS or advanced display, High Flow or High Flow XPS Hydraulics, 371-3725 Conversion Kit for B/B2/C/C2 Series machines (not required for B3 or D Series).
• Specific inclusions: 1 piston direct drive motor, 170mm (6.7") max depth of cut, hydraulic lines with 1/2" quick disconnects, case drain line, 14-pin electrical harness, mounting brackets and hardware.

Pickup Broom Skid Steer Attachment:

• Requires 1 unit.
• Specific dimensions: 1990mm (78") overall width, 1524mm (60") working width, 26" (660mm) brush diameter.
• Features: Adjustable brush height, volumizer for material retention.
• Brush material: 50% polypropylene / 50% steel wire.
• Specific inclusions: Hydraulic lines with 1/2" quick disconnects and brush frame chains, pickup broom bracket for A/B Series (not needed for C/D Series), Standard Flow Hydraulics.
