This is a solicitation for the procurement of one (1) new skid steer loader with attachments for the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO). The current equipment is beyond its useful life and requires replacement to ensure safe operation on various terrains and weather conditions.

• One (1) new skid steer loader meeting or exceeding the specifications of a JCB 300 (T4) NA Series 3.2 skid steer.

• Required attachments include: 12 x 16.5 10PR HD Wide Track Tires and Wheels, enclosed cab with HVAC, high-flow hydraulics, key start with immobilizer, 110V engine block heater, parallel lift capability, smooth-ride system, protective features (roof guard, light guards, A/C guard, poly screen), safe-access operator door, joystick controls, 78-inch width general purpose bucket with bolt-on cutting edge, language display compatible with North America, rear-view camera, 48-inch forks, loader hydraulic hose guard, auxiliary coupler guard, counterweight (approx. 330 lb), reversing fan, air-suspension seat.

• Additional accessories required: Mulcher attachment (equivalent to FECON RK6015), tree spade attachment (18-26 inch ball diameter), forks, and required mounting hardware.

• Delivery within 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contractor shall provide 1-2 hours of operator orientation and factory/OEM-authorized training for one VA employee for maintenance and repair.

• One (1) new skid steer loader meeting or exceeding specific salient characteristics (e.g., enclosed cab with HVAC, highflow hydraulics, parallel lift, rearview camera, specific tire size).

• Required attachments include a general purpose bucket, mulcher attachment, and tree spade attachment.

• Contractor shall provide operator orientation (1-2 hours) and factory/OEM-authorized maintenance training for at least one VA employee.

• Delivery is required within 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance (Base): Estimated from 06-01-2026 to 09-30-2026.
