• Quotes must be received by BSA no later than the Quote Due Date & Time: 4/28/26 5 PM.

• Email submissions are required and must include the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet (Enclosure C) and the Vendor's detailed quote.

• Questions are due by 4/24/26 3PM and should be submitted via email.

• Basis of Award: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror submitting the lowest total price that meets all technical requirements.

• NAICS Code: 423830 (Wholesale Trade - Durable Goods Merchant Wholesalers).

• Size Standard: 500 employees.

• Procurement is for full and open competition.

• Small business goals are provided as an example (Small Business: 50%, Small Disadvantaged Business: 5%, Women-Owned Business: 5%, Hub Zone: 3%, Veteran Owned Business: 3%, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business: 0.3%).

• Offerors certifying they are other than a "small business or foreign business" and expect to exceed $750,000 must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan.

• Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required for U.S. vendors, with a Unique Entity ID (UEI).

• Foreign vendors are not required to be registered in SAM but must complete AMS-Form-050 (Enclosure B).

• Brookhaven is a tax-exempt entity.
