Scope of Work
The MCRDPI RCO seeks firms to maintain two (2) ICX Tactical Platform (Skywatch Tower) units in fully operational condition and at full performance capability. Services, to be performed by trained and qualified technicians, include:
- Unlimited technical support via telephone and e-mail.
- Annual preventive maintenance, including a 12-point inspection and calibration of each unit.
- Onsite training for Government personnel.
- Resolution of warranty-related issues during scheduled service visits.
- Detailed inspection reports, updated technical literature, minor repairs, and replacement of minor parts.
- Demonstrations of newly available system options.
- A minimum of three (3) on-site service visits per year.
- 100 percent coverage of all parts, labor, travel, and associated expenses.
