Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Public Address (PA) system services for the Fairchild SkyFest 2026 event.

• Provide comprehensive sound services, including personnel, tools, materials, supervision, setup, teardown, and operation.

• Services are for the Air Show Sound Services and support of Skyfest 2026 at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA.

• The contract is for full and complete services as per the SOW.

• Transportation to/from Fairchild.

• PA system setup and operational by Friday morning, 05 June 2026; tear down by Monday, 08 June 2026.

• Provide self-contained sound system and control point trailer.

• Provide a 10-channel sound mixing system.

• Cover a 4500ft x 125ft spectator area and a 370ft x 50ft Distinguished Visitor (DV) area with quality PA coverage.

• Provide sound productions and listening music before and after flying events.

• Provide redundant UHF/VHF radios for pilot air-to-ground voice communications.

• Utilize a 3-mic + 2-wireless remote mic arrangement (5 mics total) with auto ducking.

• The Government will not be liable for equipment damage due to inclement weather.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. It serves as the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) with a size standard of $40.0M.

• The contractor shall provide personnel, tools, materials, supervision, setup, teardown, and operation for a Public Address (PA) System Services.

• The services are to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
