This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure Slat Treadmills for Hurlburt Field, FL. The government is requesting written offers only; oral offers will not be accepted. Funds are not presently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

• The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the specified items.

• The primary item is "Various" (See Attached Parts List) under Line Item 0001, described as "Brand Name or Equal" acquisition.

• Product information, including specifications, part numbers, colorized images, and descriptions, must be submitted for all equivalent items.

• Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.

• The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• All quotes must be valid through September 30, 2026.

• Response Date: March 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST.

• Offers must be submitted through the Solicitation Module in PIEE.

• Offerors must quote on all items to be considered for award.

• Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) using FAR 52.212-2.

• Technical capability and price are the evaluation factors.

• This acquisition is solicited as restricted to Small Business only.

• Offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time of quote submission and award.
