• Biannual carpet cleaning for the Main Office, Fire Office, and Fire Annex Office (in March and November).
• Specific cleaning tasks cover floors, walls, fixtures, appliances, furniture, stairways, elevators, and waste containers.
• Use of biobased products is required where reasonably available, performance-meeting, and reasonably priced.

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated based on criteria in FAR 12.203, with award made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. Evaluation considers technical advantage, fair and reasonable price, and acceptable or neutral past performance.
