This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for Slotted Steel Angles for DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, OK (DDOO). The DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) is issuing this announcement as the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The intent is to establish one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order.

• Item: Slotted Steel Angle, zinc coated, 12ft long, No. 12 gauge, 1.500in by 3.00in.

• Quantity: 100 Bundles.

• Packaging: Each bundle must contain at least 75 bolts and nuts. No special packaging requirements beyond this. Material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets in accordance with MD00100452, Revision C, dated 09/2016. Pallets must be heat treated, certified, and stamped/branded per DOD Manual 4140.65-M.

• Delivery: FOB Destination. Requested delivery lead time is 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Delivery Destination: DLA DISTRIBUTION OKC DDOO, BLDG 1 DOOR 80, ATTN SUPPLY AREA 405 855 3273, TINKER AFB OK 73145-5000.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 30 days ARO.

• Submission Deadline: Quotes due by 10:00 am EST on March 24, 2026.

• Questions Deadline: Questions due by 10:00 am EST on March 16, 2026.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to haydyn.obrien@dla.mil. Facsimile and hard copy submissions will not be accepted.

• Quote Structure: Quotes must be submitted in THREE (3) separate volumes: Technical/Business Capability, Past Performance, and Pricing & Administrative.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the acceptable quoter with the lowest evaluated price. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. The lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable offers will determine the awardee.

• Set-Aside: This acquisition is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside.

• Invoicing and payment will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• Proof of Delivery documents must include contract number, CLIN/material number, quantity shipped, and government employee signature.
