Event Details
This virtual roundtable will include government participants from Program Executive Officer Services, the Director of Procurement, and the Director of the Office of Small Business Programs. PEO Services is responsible for the execution and oversight of USSOCOM’s services contract vehicles, covering areas such as Knowledge Based, Logistics Management, Electronics and Communications, Research and Development, Material Management, and Medical Services for Special Operations Forces worldwide.
Purpose
The roundtables are intended to offer firms a general overview of the participating PEO or directorate. They are explicitly not an opportunity for firms to present their capabilities to USSOCOM or to receive a forecast of upcoming requirements. USSOCOM seeks participation from all socio-economic categories and a variety of industries, with space limited to 300 individuals.
Attendee Expectations
Attendees are expected to be willing and prepared to engage and discuss. When addressing barriers or suggesting improvements for doing business, participants should provide specific examples of issues and possible solutions.
Invitation Process & Deadlines
To request an invitation, interested firms must complete the information at https://www.socom.mil/SOF-ATL/Pages/Small-Business-Roundtable-Invite-Request-V2.aspx. Even if a firm previously requested an invitation and was not selected, a new request is required for this event.
Selection criteria, not listed in order of importance, include:
- Socioeconomic status: Representation from all categories (SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB).
- Products/services: Preference for firms providing services USSOCOM buys, with a variety of industries.
- Experience with USSOCOM: A mix of experienced and inexperienced firms.
- Previous attendance: To afford all firms an opportunity.
- Request receipt time.
- Firm location: A mix of local and non-local firms.
Responses are due by 8:00 AM local time on February 11, 2026. Late submissions will be accommodated on a space-available basis. Invitations for selected attendees will be sent no later than close of business on February 13, 2026. Firms not selected or submitting late will have their contact information added for future events.
