• Delivery: Repaired equipment will be delivered no later than ninety (90) days after receipt from the Government.
• Best Value Determination: The Contracting Officer has determined that this brand name acquisition represents the best value and lowest overall cost alternative to meet the Government's needs.
• Market Research: Market research indicated that DPV-Tech Inc. is the only brand that can meet the Government's needs.
