Contract Details & Requirements
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Period of Performance is from the date of award through August 31, 2026. Delivery will be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, FL. Special requirements include adherence to specified NAVSEA drawings and compliance with NAVSEA D-247-H005 for marking, packing, and shipping. Required data deliverables (CDRLs) include Test/Inspection Reports (A001), Certificates of Compliance (A002), and Monthly Status Reports (A003). Government Furnished Information (GFI), including drawings, will be provided.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be emailed to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on company letterhead, including full specifications, CAGE code, and lead time. The email subject line must contain the Solicitation Number and vendor name. The Government will not accept late, partial, or incomplete quotes. Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) with NET 30 Days terms. If shipping is not included in the price, a separate line item for shipping must be provided. Award will be based on the best value to the government, considering pricing, delivery, quality, and past performance. Access to drawings is available through SAM for Small Businesses under NAICS 332710.
