• Corrective maintenance for electronic portions of UPS and batteries, including parts, labor, shipping, and disposal.

• Customer web account access for account information and site service records.

• The maintenance requirement is for a base year plus four option years.

• Base period: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

• Option years extend through June 30, 2031.

• UPS units are located at NEDU facilities.

• Planned battery replacement schedule is provided for specific UPS models and option years.

• Contractor shall provide a maintenance and inspection report within one month after service completion.
